Mike is the CEO/President and Founder of Fishstone Solutions. Mike is an experienced corporate executive and management consultant with more that 20 years of experience in the field of strategic and corporate planning, continuous improvement, project management, risk management, organizational development, training & development and operations management. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) under the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of the Philippines, a Master Project Manager (MPM®) under the American Academy of Project Management, a Six Sigma Blackbelt and a certified training professional. A known speaker/resource person on topics such as risk management, project management, business continuity planning, operational excellence and process improvement. He is a graduate of De La Salle University with a BS degree in Industrial Engineering with minor in Mechanical Engineering.
Aepple is the Co-founder and Vice President for Business Dev't & Operations of Fishstone Solutions. Handles consultant management and client relations. She is also an FSI resident consultant for projects related to operations management, business development, facilities management, talent development, and concept development. She started her career in the hospitality and leisure industry both on-board and on-shore operations. She completed her Masters (MBA) and Bachelor of Science (BS) Degrees in Business Administration from Philippine Women’s University. She is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Betty is a Partner and a Sr. Consultant of the Human Resources and Organizational Development Services of Fishstone Solutions. A seasoned HR practitioner and certified HR Business Partner that served various leadership functions in various companies in the Philippines and in Singapore. Throughout her 20 years of HR experiences, she gained knowledge and in-depth exposure from working in the multitude of fields and industries such as Integrated Resort, Power and Grid, Headhunting and Recruitment Agency, Cruiseline, and Banking to name a few. She is a graduate of De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Art degree - Major in Psychology and a certificate holder in Strategic Human Resources Business Partnering with Ateneo de Manila University.
Ivan is a Partner and a Sr. Consultant of the Finance and Accounting Services of Fishstone Solutions. He is also the company’s Corporate Secretary. He started his career with SyCip Gorress Velayo & Co. and moved on to being an auditor, accounting and finance consultant to different companies. With an extensive experience as a Financial Consultant and provider of Accounting, Audit, Tax and Consultancy Services to clients in different industries such as logistics, FMCG, manufacturing companies and information technology to name a few. A Bachelor of Science in Accounting graduate of Lyceum of the Philippine University-Cavite. He completed his Master in Business Administration degree from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
